How to delete your account

This applies to the optional account used for paid services (Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple) in the Moon Calendar apps by Polyariz.

In the app (recommended)

1. Tap the account icon in the app while signed in.
2. In the account menu tap Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

By email

Send a request to polyariz@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your account record, email address, name, gender and birth date, and the link between your requests and your identity. Signing in again afterwards creates a new, empty account.

Kept: anonymized request texts (no longer linked to you) may be retained for statistics, and purchase records are retained as required by accounting and tax law. Note that deleting the account does not cancel store subscriptions — manage those in Google Play / App Store settings.
