Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Moon Calendar apps by Polyariz. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Using the app
The app provides astronomical and calendar information (moon phases, lunar days, eclipses, twilight and related content). Calculations are provided for informational purposes; we work hard on their accuracy but do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. Network traffic costs are your responsibility.
Premium subscription
Premium features are available via subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. You can cancel at any time in your store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the store's policies.
Tarot Reading service
Tarot Reading is a paid one-time service: after payment your question is answered personally by a human tarot reader — not by a program. The answer normally arrives within 48 hours in the app (My Requests) and a copy is sent to your account email. The reader may ask a clarifying question, and you can ask one follow-up question in the app.
The service is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and must not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
Refunds: if the service was paid for but no answer was provided, you receive a full refund. After the answer has been delivered, refunds are handled through the store according to its policies. We may decline a request that violates these terms (abusive or unlawful content) — in that case the payment is refunded in full.
Account
Paid services require a one-time sign-in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for access to your account on your device. You can delete your account at any time — see instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, threatening or abusive content in questions and chat messages. We may refuse service for such content (with a refund).
Intellectual property
The app content, design and calculations are protected by copyright and belong to Polyariz.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app, from calculation inaccuracies, or from decisions made based on information provided by the app, including the Tarot Reading service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version is always available on this page.
